Entry level (Domestic/General Cleaning) starts from about AUD $13,500 + GST.
Additional costs include purchasing or leasing a suitable vehicle (if required), possibly further equipment, insurance, local marketing, etc.
– You express interest (via their Franchise Opportunity / Enquiry form).
– Discuss with management about what level you want (general/domestic, carpet, combo), what territory, your financial capacity.
– Review the Franchise Disclosure Document, franchise agreement, costs, legal obligations.
– Choose your package (investment level), sign agreement, get equipment, signage, uniforms etc.
– In-house training for all operators. This includes ongoing refresher/up-skilling as new cleaning technologies/standards emerge.
– Specific accreditation for carpet cleaning operators through IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification).
– Support from management: legal documentation, marketing (national/local), equipment package, uniform & signage, initial chemical/supply setup.
