Camy’s Chargrill Chicken first opened in Mascot, New South Wales in 2016 as a family-oriented quick service restaurant.
Founded by Cameron Khilla, the brand was built on creating a positive, inclusive work environment and providing high-quality, ethically sourced food, including chargrill chicken, salads, burgers, wraps, and artisan products.
The franchise model was launched in September 2021, with the first franchise partner joining shortly after, marking the beginning of rapid expansion primarily in New South Wales.
