Pappa Flock, the fried chicken chain that started in Parramatta in 2023, has opened two new locations in Sydney. The sixth outlet debuted at Macquarie Centre Food Court on March 27, and the largest store, accommodating 52 diners, opened in Rouse Hill on April 17.
The opening of Pappa Flock in Rouse Hill drew significant attention from younger patrons, including teenagers Hunter Polkinghorne and Lucas Albion, who arrived at 5 a.m. Local officials, such as Kellyville MP Ray Williams and Hills Shire Mayor Dr. Michelle Byrne, praised the store’s appeal and its positive impact on the local economy.
Each store features custom murals by Central Coast artist Brent Smith, enhancing the brand’s unique atmosphere. Pappa Flock currently has locations in Parramatta, Westfield Miranda, Frenchs Forest, Casula, and Westfield Eastgardens, with plans for more Sydney locations in 2025.
The company also aims to expand beyond New South Wales, with a new location set to open in Queensland later this year.
