Soul Origin Expands Across Australia with New Drive-Thru and Store Openings

Soul Origin has reached a major milestone with the launch of its first-ever drive-thru restaurant in Epping, Melbourne. The new 250sqm location at 241 O’Herns Road brings a fresh level of convenience to the fast-fresh category, featuring dual order windows, upgraded kitchen equipment, customer kiosks, and integrated delivery options.

After months of operational testing, the site is targeting a four-minute drive-thru time, positioning it as one of the fastest healthy drive-thru experiences in the country.

The concept’s strength is reflected in the commitment of a long-standing Sydney franchisee who relocated to Melbourne to run the new store. The move aligns with broader industry innovation highlighted in our coverage of the QSR Media Awards 2025, where efficiency, customer experience and fresh-format expansion continue to define the Australian QSR landscape.

Soul Origin will expand further in November with two new store openings:
Claremont Quarter, WA – Shop 131, 9 Bay View Terrace
Westfield Liverpool, NSW – Kiosk K1006, Macquarie Street

These openings come at a time of growing consumer demand for healthier convenience food, explored in our features on the rise of Australian QSR drive-thru concepts and healthy fast-food franchises
