Price Attack Targets 10 New Stores in 2026, Launches $25K Franchisee Incentive to Fuel Expansion

Australia’s leading haircare and beauty retailer Price Attack has unveiled ambitious expansion plans for 2026, announcing the launch of a strategic franchise support program aimed at delivering significant growth nationwide. The brand has committed to opening 10 new stores next year and is offering a suite of incentives worth up to $25,000 for new franchisees to reduce upfront barriers to entry.

Under the initiative, prospective owners can choose between three months free rent, free stock on opening, or a guaranteed salary package — designed to ease financial pressure and encourage investment in both metropolitan and regional locations. Price Attack CEO, John Pascoe, said the program is about “sustainable growth and supporting new operators from day one,” helping people take control of their careers by owning businesses with a strong customer base and proven brand recognition. He emphasised that removing typical upfront costs, such as rent and inventory requirements, will make franchising more accessible despite cost-of-living pressures.

“People want confidence when investing in their future and in buying themselves a job, that can even be passed on to their children in time,” Pascoe added.

Strategic Footprint and Regional Importance

The incentive package is being rolled out across key growth regions where Price Attack has identified strong retail demand, including:

  • Queensland: Bundaberg, Gympie

  • New South Wales: Salamander Bay, Griffith, Penrith

  • Australian Capital Territory: Queanbeyan

  • Western Australia: Midland, Armadale

Alongside free rent and stock offers, the guaranteed salary incentive targets select locations such as Brookside (Mitchelton), Mildura, Mount Ommaney, Buddina, Strathpine, Brookvale, Maroubra, Campbelltown, Wollongong, Albury and metropolitan Perth.

Pascoe also highlighted Price Attack’s role in regional communities: “While many bricks and mortar companies are pulling out of regional Australia, Price Attack salons play a vital role in country towns,” providing accessible professional haircare and employment while supporting local events and apprenticeships.(Source: Inside Retail Australia)

Early Path to Growth

Industry analysts see Price Attack’s strategy as a strong response to broader retail pressures in Australia. With rising cost-of-living concerns influencing consumer and business behaviour, franchisors that ease entry costs and provide clear support frameworks are likely to attract more prospective owners next year. According to Inside Retail Australia, the incentive package is set to run until 1 February 2026, allowing new partners to benefit early in the year.
