The concept centers around authentic flame-grilled chicken paired with bold, vibrant sauces.

The name “Chickita” is a fusion of two words: “Chick” referring to chicken, and “kita”, which means “us,” “we,” or “our” in Bahasa Indonesian. This branding embodies the company’s ethos of community, togetherness, and shared dining experiences—pillars of Asian culture. Chickita initially launched stores across Vietnam and Malaysia before expanding to Australia, with the first Australian outlet opening in Melbourne.
