Nando's

Nando’s has officially expanded its footprint in New South Wales, opening its newest restaurant in Castle Hill. Located at The Piazza, Level 3, Castle Towers Shopping Centre, the new site brought the unmistakable flame-grilled aroma and energy that has made Nando’s a global favourite.

To celebrate the opening, the first 100 customers on 4 November received a free ¼ flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken and chips. The launch drew strong community interest, with locals lining up early to be part of the celebration and enjoy the signature PERi-PERi flavour.

The Castle Hill opening was part of Nando’s broader national growth strategy, which aims to strengthen its presence across metro and suburban hotspots. The brand has been expanding steadily across Australia, with plans to open 25 new restaurants across Australia and New Zealand within three years, and a goal of up to 70 new locations by 2030. This follows earlier milestones such as its first Australian drive-thru in Roxburgh Park, Melbourne.

This launch and growth path mirror major trends across fast food franchises in Australia — where brands that combine strong customer experience, innovation and operational scale continue to succeed in the competitive QSR sector.

With its signature Afro-Portuguese design, vibrant dining spaces, and menu built around flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken, Nando’s continues to attract strong loyalty and demand. The Castle Hill restaurant opening reinforced the brand’s commitment to growth, innovation, and community — keeping the flame alive across Australia’s QSR landscape.

Nando’s also remains an appealing franchise option. More details are available on our Nando’s listing page
