The popular Australian Vietnamese food franchise, has hit two major milestones this year. The brand has officially opened its first international store in New Zealand and celebrated its return to South Australia with a reopening at Westfield Marion.
From humble beginnings as a family-owned Australian brand, Roll’d has now expanded overseas with its first store at Sylvia Park, Auckland. The response from locals has been phenomenal. Customers lined up to try Roll’d’s signature dishes, including rice paper rolls, hearty pho, fresh salads, sides, and banh mi.
The expansion was made possible through Roll’d’s partnership with Mammoth Brands, its master franchisee. The brand emphasized that its success is driven by its team, the food, and a focus on sharing great Vietnamese cuisine with customers. “To our founders, our franchise partners, our team, and our customers – thank you. You’re the reason we do what we do,” the team said.
After a three-year hiatus, Roll’d made a stylish return to Marion Shopping Centre, marking its fourth store in South Australia. The reopening included an exclusive pre-launch event for Rollers Club members, where Executive Chef Jerry Mai showcased her culinary skills, delighting guests with freshly prepared dishes.
The public opening drew huge crowds, with customers enjoying the full menu of Vietnamese favourites. The banh mi proved particularly popular, selling by the hundreds over the weekend. The Marion store operates Monday to Friday for lunch and dinner, and until 6pm on weekends.
These two openings demonstrate Roll’d’s commitment to growth both domestically and internationally. The brand continues to expand its franchise network, offering opportunities for investors to join a fast-growing, flavour-focused food concepts. With its fresh, healthy, and authentic Vietnamese food, Roll’d is set to make a lasting impact in both Australia and New Zealand.
